[Sitting on a bench nearby is a boy wearing his perpetual hat, if not his usual gentle smile. He seems to be admiring something that he's holding between two of his fingers. This scene is fleeting, though, as the camera shifts angle so you're all greeted by the cheerful face of one smiling Emolga here.

Seems like he's playing cameraman today.]

I already told you guys you shouldn't play with that.

[This time, the camera steadies after that easy voice as Emolga tilts his head in confusion at his trainer.]

Oh right, you're still not with me then.

[An obedient pokemon, Emolga flies to his trainer, who we now recognize to be Takeru the moment he lands right next to him. The digi-destined then seizes his Gear from his pokemon without a single hint of getting mad.]

Looks like you and Teddiursa plan to become cameramen someday. [A soft chuckle.] But I guess I can't blame you. This is a proud moment for everyone, don't you think?

[Emolga nods happily to which Takeru responds with a brighter smile.]

Alright! I'll make sure you guys have a delicious dinner tonight!

[And in Emolga's excitement, he jumps and steps on the off button of the Gear.]

[He gives her a reassuring smile which just turns lopsided the moment he hears her complaints.]

Seems to me you always end up with all the eager pokemon.

[She can't help but giggle a bit herself.]

Yeah, it really seems like I do. Except Charizard, anyway.

[Yeah, tiny Pichu is wiggling around in Hikari's arms now, waving his... arms. Or rather, forelegs. Or whatever those limbs were supposed to be.]

[Emolga chuckles at Pichu's struggles which Takeru, in turn, smiles a determined smile at.]

That just goes to show that you have great potential in training them. [Yeah, Takeru fiercely believes in you, Hikari.]

[Hikari couldn't help but blush at that, even as she smiled over at Takeru.]

[Pichu actually stopped his struggling for a moment, looking up at Hikari.

Before shrugging and starting to struggle again.]

[His smile turns warm for her upon seeing that blush. Hnngh Hikari, why so cute? That remains for a while - because they can have these kinds of moments okay - before it becomes amused at seeing Pichu continuing to struggle.]

Tell you what, if Pichu can't get enough of his eagerness to battle, how about he fights one of my pokemon? [Emolga actually agrees to this with a nod.]

[Hikari blinks, looking down at Pichu who's really, really happy at the prospect.]

Umm... I don't know. His level's in the single digits right now...

[And that makes Takeru blink as well.]

Is that so? [Hmmm.] The only pokemon I have with a level around that range is Cleffa but she's really not into fighting. [Teddiursa, lazy as that little bear is, has his level higher than a single digit.]

Yeah. He just hatched recently...

And if Cleffa doesn't like fighting, I don't think that would work too well.

I think so too. [Man oh man.] But wow, talk about being over eager. Maybe you should spend more time training him, then?

[She giggles.]

Honestly, I don't think he'd even give me a choice.

Chupi!

[He pumps his fist in the air which Emolga also imitates.]

Don't worry, I'll help you!

[Pichu also tries imitating them... but it doesn't look anywhere near as cool when he's still stuck in Hikari's arms.]

[Takeru notices this that he leans in closer to Pichu and smiles gently.]

We'll do our best, okay? Bear with my cute girlfriend here. She's an awesome trainer.

[Pichu sure doesn't think so. Not with the glaring look he's giving you.]

Pichu... look, I'm going to train you more so you'll be able to fight. You're just not strong enough now.

... Chu.

[Oh, Pichu. Why such a stubborn little mouse?]

Hey, she knows what's best for you. You better listen.

Chupi. Chu.

[Still being grumpy. Hikari just sighs.]

He'll get better when he's older. I mean, even Umbreon's finally mellowed out.

[His expression shifts a little upon remembering her pokemon.]

He's not giving you trouble, is he?

Yep.

He's not giving me any trouble at all anymore. Thought that might just be because I let him fight more often now.

[He sighs a little before offering a gentle smile her way.]

I guess I was worrying over nothing. [Maybe dark pokemon are truly different from dark digimon.]

[She giggles.]

There's really isn't that much to worry about with him, actually.
